Best Cover Letter

Three years ago, when I passed the licensure exam, I instantly became worried about finding work.  I thought everything will be easy since I graduated with a degree and that my university is one of the best. I found quite a few jobs I was interested in online and applied.

Days passed.  I didn’t receive any calls or emails for an interview. I still didn’t lose hope.

I went back to the internet and searched for free cover letter template. I thought that it would be better if I made a cover letter specific to each job I applied for, rather than send out blanket cover letters.

After I redid several cover letters, I applied to other companies – thinking that I could get my dream job.

Still, on the second time around, I was rejected. I became so confused why I didn’t end up having an interview; not even on one!  I started searching for answers, reading reviews and stories of people having the same problem that I had.

I found this article offering ways on how to write the proper cover letter. I then realized that the reason of my rejection is all about the application letter attached to my resume.

Without hesitation, I followed those steps. I made my new cover letter and applied again. I went back to those companies and about 7 places scheduled me for an interview.

It was a great day for me. Getting those emails and phone calls was amazing.  I became so excited knowing that my dream job is right in front of me.
